Saudi Arabian Minister of Justice departed for Tehran at the head of a high ranking judicial delegation.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Muhammed bin Ebrahim al-Sheikh is accompanied by a number of ministry's deputies and judiciary senior officials.
He is officially invited by Iran's Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi to attend the first meeting of Judiciary Chiefs of Islamic countries here in Tehran.
The first ever meeting of Judiciary Chiefs of Islamic countries is to be held here on December 4-6, 2007.
The Saudi minister had recently told Iran's Ambassador to Riyadh Mohammad Hosseini that he appreciates holding such a meeting and the initiative of Ayatollah Shahroudi and calls for close relations between the two countries of Iran and Saudi Arabia.
